Steps to success
For all website projects, we conduct a discovery phase using a variety of analysis methods to look at what your business and customers need. We’ll start by identifying measurable deliverables for your website to develop the most effective strategy, including the KPIs you’ll use to measure performance.
02. Digital strategy & content
Identifying what content is important to your end-users and developing a clear digital strategy are the fundamental elements for all our web projects. In order to achieve success, we will work with you to create your content based on what your target audience are most likely to connect with.
03. User Experience (UX)
During this phase of our process, we will determine all required user flows and wireframe the website using text and image blocks as well as call to actions to create a prototype you can click through to give you an experience of the user journeys and associated functionality.
04. User Interface (UI)
Drawing from the information gathered to this point, we determine the look and feel of the site and start working on the visual brand. Depending on the client, this may already be well-defined, but we may also be defining the visual style from the ground up.
05. Web development
Once the functionality specification and designs for all the page templates have been signed off, we are ready to kick off the development stage of the project. All the solutions we create are built on a WordPress content management system (CMS) including websites, blogs and eCommerce stores.
06. Testing, tracking and launch
We now combine manual browsing of the site to identify that everything within the user experience is working correctly. Analytics software is applied to understand future user behaviour. Once everything’s working beautifully, it’s time to plan and execute your site launch!
