Hubken Group is a leading provider of open-source e-learning platforms such as Totara and Moodle, with a dedication to product innovation and service excellence.

Working alongside Digital Media Stream, a Hubspot digital marketing agency our brief was to redesign the Hubken digital experience from the ground up including: information architecture (IA), user personas, user journey mapping (UX), user interface (UI), CMS build and Hubspot marketing automation integrations.

Objectives

We focused on designing a website that is not only engaging but also user-friendly. Our objective was to fully engage the various types of users with the product while enhancing navigation, directing them through the site in a manner that is both intuitive and clearly signposted thereby reinforcing their brand’s values and product capabilities.

We carefully crafted the website with performance in mind, establishing a seamless user experience across all devices.

The result

The new website delivers the brand strategy of ‘Empowering people through technology’ and this is creatively brought to life through a set of bold custom designed graphical components evolved from their brand identity which are integrated throughout all their brand communications.

The site is built in Hubspot with the goal of delivering both customer acquisition and repeat visits through the promotion of product capabilities, insights, articles and dedicated landing pages which are all integrated into Hubspot to deliver higher client conversion rates.
