Good Health Naturally is a family-owned wellness business, with a legacy stretching back nearly three decades, offering premium nutritional supplements (vitamins, minerals, enzymes, botanicals, omega-3s and more), rooted in nature and backed by science, delivered to people seeking a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

JC Creative was entrusted with transforming their outdated e-commerce website into a captivating online presence. The old site was quite dated and difficult to manage and update. It also did not perform well on mobile devices.

Objectives

The first aim being to design a simple, yet effective user experience to their customers, creating a personalised shopping process to ensure orders can be processed as efficiently as possible.

Our initial strategy centred on optimising the user experience. We conducted a comprehensive analysis of Google Analytics data to gain a clear understanding of user behaviour and engagement patterns on the website. This analysis provided valuable insights into both effective and suboptimal user interactions.

Building on these insights, we facilitated a user experience workshop to assess and refine the website structure, including the sitemap, conversion pathways, wireframes, and content hierarchy.

Upon completing the UX phase, we conducted a second workshop to explore and gain a deeper understanding of the client’s brand identity and future vision. The existing website appeared outdated and did not accurately reflect their brand or service offerings.

Following this, we developed a range of UI (User Interface) components, complemented by storyboards illustrating various styled elements, to establish a cohesive and modern visual framework for the site.

The result

We created a brand new structure for the platform, providing a refreshing experience throughout ensuring that the key aspects of the services and products were put in front of customers in the correct way, aimed to drive and maximise sales.

The website is now fully optimised to engage the company’s target audience, support business growth, and deliver a strong return on investment. It features a refreshed brand identity paired with a streamlined, clarity-focused interface. Navigation has been completely redesigned to provide a more intuitive, user-centric experience. Additionally, significant attention was dedicated to the purchasing journey, which has been optimised to create a smoother pathway and enhance the overall buyer experience.

We approached JC Creative to help us with our web design and digital communications, after previous companies had struggled to understand our vision. Following detailed workshops and an extremely thorough planning questionnaire, Jake brought our vision to life and we were guided by his input and ideas. We had regular meetings throughout to ensure that it was all moving in the right direction.
